Kurt came down tonight and said, "Mom, can you ask Jesus if I can go potty now?"

Vicks Hair Gel

Did you know that Vicks also doubles as hair gel? Luke showed us. He found some in the bedroom (even I didn't know it was there) and proceeded to do his hair and the sheets, the curtains, his eyes, his arms, his legs, etc.

We didn't have to put product in his hair for 3 or 4 days...

and that's even after we washed his hair 8 times!

His poor little eyes - they looked like they hurt so bad.

GIANT Mallows

I was walking up to the check out and HyVee had put up a S'Mores display with all the fixin's. But they didn't have regular old marshmallows, they had GIANT Campfire Marshmallows!! Now, I'm not usually a marshmallow girl or hence a s'mores girl, but this year I love them! I couldn't resist trying them out.

Kurt wanted to play "Chubby Bunny." He can't even get one in his mouth

Luke wanted me to play

Mmmm, they're delicious! And very gooey!

Trunchbull

"Um, Mom, your hair today looks like the Trunchbull's hair" ( I had it in a messy bun)

"Oh really? Is that a good thing or a bad thing?"

"Um, (thumbs down)" with an "eww" face

So, apparently I wasn't having a good hair day...

4 Arms

"Mom, i wish i had 4 arms..."

"Oh really? Why?"

"'Cause then I could hold the bottle in this one, and the lid in this one and then use this one to hold the bottle too. hmm, maybe i just need three arms...

(he was trying to drink a bottle of water in the car)

The Big 3-0

Brandon didn't want any party or fun for his big birthday and I respected his wishes. I did make him a cake because you can't not have cake on your birthday, but it was just us. Yummy chilled lemon, lemon filled with lemon coolwhip-ish frosting. It was tangy :)

He was kind of grumpy at us at first (he doesn't like all the pictures)

until he saw the awesome presents we got him!

They know what's in this one...and have been waiting for TWO whole days for him to open it!

Luke couldn't even wait for him to open it by himself - he had to jump in and help

Then Kurt hopped in too
